mark's karma

my husband is a hard worker.
like a really hard worker.
he's the kind who goes in on sunday to get a car part for a customer.
who stays late when the store is busy, even though he's not getting paid for it.
who the other workers call on saturday mornings when they have questions.
who is well liked by the customers, his coworkers and boss.

and sometimes all of his hard work rewards him in unexpected ways.

well this week, we found out we would be rewarded for his dedication in an amazing way.

yep. we will be off to cancun for a five day stay at an all-inclusive resort (above duh!) this spring.

free.of.charge. (for us. not so much for mark's boss) :)


i've never been out of the country. i haven't been on an airplane since i was 12. i live a rather sheltered, simple life.

so yes, i am ecstatic beyond belief.

(and i feel like i need to pinch myself. like bad)
